Moxie is more then just the name of the company, it’s the name of the owner’s beloved pet dog. The client wanted to integrate that meaningfulness of their pet into the brand. We wanted to create a youthful but modern visual aesthetic that will last over the years as Moxie plans to be a growing competitive brand in the campus neighborhood.
The logo was designed to represent Moxie, the pet, but also make it clear it was a property management company. We wanted to keep it simple and modern.
As campus alumni, it was important to nod to the campus colors, but keep a simplified color palette for a modern look and feel across all marketing platforms.

BRAND & PROPETY APPLICATION
To launch the brand into the market, we designed the standard marketing materials, as well as, the property and leasing signage to introduce Moxie to the campus landscape.
We included a website design and worked alongside their leasing software, Appfolio, to match the design to the platform’s capabilities.
